LTE&I Scheduling Guarantee - Because we value your time, if we can’t schedule your inspection to take place within 72 hours of receiving your call or if we are more than 30 minutes late for an appointment we will deduct $50 from your inspection fee.

Inspection Agreement - Each inspection requires a signed inspection agreement prior to the inspection being performed. This agreement is to make sure all parties understand the extent of the inspection, limitations and liabilities. Please review the LTE&I Inspection Agreement prior to your inspection and feel free to call with any questions or concerns. This agreement meets all requirements of the TREC, Texas Occupational Code and Insurance Requirements.
